Great if you're a student as campus is very nearby. Parking is good as well unless you have visitors, they'll be towed out ... of the lot. I understand the frustration being near campus and having students take up resident parking, but there should be a method to reconcile those differences better. Resident noise is not an issue at all but that train is loud, every night, around midnight. That's just an issue if you live nearly anywhere in Denton. Read More about Oaks of DentonBy: Ryan

I'am really happy and feel lucky that I chose oaks of denton. I'am a student at UNT and will proudly say has got one of the ... best apartment in town. Apartment is big and has lot of storage space. Surrounding is quiet, which is what a student want. We have got two swimming pool which is great. Great maintenance and supporting staff is among the best things oaks of denton has to offer.
